These are soaked, heated, filtered, clarifying, sterilized, and canned. The tea beverage is described as having good beautifying and slimming functions, high stability, with no side effects, and of low cost.

Another heath-care- tea comprises (parts by wt.) of dry oolong tea 120-180, dry Flos Lonicerae 3.5-6.5, dry Chrysanthemum morifolium 3.5-6.5, dry Citrus reticulata 3.5-6.5, and dry Radix Glycyrrhizae 0.5-1.5. It is abundant nutrients such as polyphenols, polysaccharides, amino acids, and vitamin E, etc. It has the advantages of imposing a good luster, and has good taste, flavor, and excellent slimming and beautification effects.

Food dietary supplements are necessary for leading a happy and healthy life. There are several dietary descriptions which are concurrently present in the market. Thus, a cappuccino shake may include (per 100 g): 50 g fructose, 28.1 g soy protein, 5.1 g sunflower oil, 3.2 g wheat fiber, 33 mg isoflavone, plus vitamins (A, B, D, E), minerals, and other ingredients.

The beverage is composed of wheat bran powder 10-95wt. % and konjac powder as a balance. The beverage can be processed as a liquid beverage that is composed of the beverage and liquid component in a wt. ratio of (5-50) :( 50-95). The beverage has good slimming effect.

Another anti-obesity preparation is composed (by wt.%) of orlistat., 10.0-80.0, synergist from pullulan ,chitin or chitosan, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K and ?-carotene 2.0-90.0, and/a suitable amount of adjuvant from stabilizing agent, disintegrating agent, antiseptic, antioxidant, emulsifying agent, corrective agent and a coating agent. The preparation may be used in the form of tablets, granules, capsules, and pills.

A pharmaceutical and food composition relates to the application of resveratrol to prepare a composition for increasing expression of Sirt1 protein, PGC-1 protein or UCP-1 protein in fat tissue or fat cell. This prevents controls and treats obesity and its related diseases. It also relates to the application of Sirt1 gene or protein. It is used as a slimming food, or a drug preparation. It contains resveratrol (0.01-49.9 mg), and a food-acceptable or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

A ternip dish is prepared from (parts by wt.): ternip 500, fine salt 500, sauce, 150, chilli powder 50, vegetable oil 30, five-spice powder 20, and monosodium glutamate 10. The dish has the advantage of good flavor and taste, balanced nutrition, and good health-care effect prevention, slimming, anticancer effect.

Lowering blood lipid composition serves to enhance the slimming action of the body. There are several pharmaceutical medications that can be taken for this purpose. However, a herbal composite is formed of berberine hydrochloride or tannate, oryzanol,

and an incipient as a carrier. The dose of oryzanol is about 180-300 mg/day for one person. The composition is used for lowering blood lipid, for slimming, treating hyperlipemia or adiposity.

One such invention involves an oil phase formed from stearic acid, stearyl alc., squalane, and Rosa davurica; and an aqueous phase containing glycerin monostearate, propylene glycol, glycerin, fragrance, preservative, antioxidant, natural caffeine, green tea extract and purified water. The two phases are mixed an emulsified at 80 oC, and then cooled .The cream can regulate cellulite through decomposing and regulating fat.
